You could write a letter to yourself 10 years ago, create an artwork with ten colours, a poem with ten lines, ten photographs from your journey with alopecia, write up the ten best things about alopecia or the ten things you wish you’d known. The only limit is your imagination.

To submit your creative work via email to with your name and a contact number. You must be over 18 or have parental permission to take part. There is no minimum length or type of creative work to be involved. By submitting, you provide permission for AAAF to share your works on our social media, website or blog. You must be based within Australia to take part. The 10 winners will be drawn on July 31st, 2020.

You don’t have to have a form of Alopecia Areata yourself to be involved – friends and family supporting loved ones with the condition are welcome to take part.

You’re not scored on your creative work. All submissions go in the draw. Winners select which pack they wish to receive.
